Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to place your order online and collect from our showroom.

Ready when you are

We aim for your order to be ready to collect within two working hours, if all items are in stock. Orders placed outside of opening hours will be ready from 10.30am the following working day. We will email you when your order is ready to pick up, so please keep an eye on your spam mail folder in case our email goes there.

Easy collection

Collect from our Croydon showroom. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions we have put in place, please wait at the door and we will bring your order to you. Please check our opening hours before you set off.

What you need to bring

Please bring the payment card you used, along with your order number and a proof of ID. This can be a passport or driving licence. We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.

If you paid entirely with gift vouchers or PayPal, please bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you as ID.

Why can't I place a Click & Collect order?

To reduce fraud, we currently have a maximum order value of £250 for Click & Collect orders.
